Users can buy/sell Flamingos' and Eggs on NFT Marketplace
Lease system (Under Development)
Lease system allows users to buy NFT, and then give it for the rent for another users. In that case, earnings will be allocated by 70/30 model, where 30% of earnings go to owner, and 70% of earning to the leasing party. The period of rent is fixed by 24 hours = one wake up. Before leasing, both sides should sign agreement documentation within app, to make sure that both parties understands the regulations of the contract. After end of 24 hours period, Flamingo NFT will be transfered back to the owner.
In case of rent and not sucessfull wake-up, leasing user will get the deduction in 'Social Point' which later will be used to decide, whether give the user possibility to use Lease System further.
Social System (Under Development)
The system is needed, to make a ranking allocation of owners and leasers. The higher the ranking indicator of leasing agent, more possibility that owner will agree to sign the contract. Ranking system is founded on a 10 levels model.
